In case you're new and not trolling, do you see that LONG list of quests above your comment? Do any one of them to get a maritime job change card. Use that card to get this, or any of the beginner maritime jobs.

There's no reason that anyone couldn't do this themselves. It could be done in a barca.

Maybe not in a barca, but even with zero maritime skills it's feasible.
