hmm, i see the cwiki does indeed confirm its availability, but what will this sell for? All we have is one random person that says he collected some and sold em for 48k or somthing. But there are dissenting posts on that same page that says he could not have possibly gotten any.

Is there any confirmed sale value for any of this? Ill try and ask a GM if i see one but feel free to post a value here if you have a confirmed sale price

I believe the other day that I passed by it was in the low 40s. 42K or thereabouts, couple days ago. A few people can't do it by themselves, me-the-relatively-speaking-noob thinks :-). we need to try and get the big fat trading companies everywhere interested. Well done bringing it up, it's start.

Lol trying to figure out who in the world that first poster after me was. i wish people would use their real IGN so we can have an adult discussion and exchange of opinions, instead of childish remarks that really serve no purpose whatsoever.

Here is my logic and feel free to debate my viewpoint, im not afraid of debating my opinion and considering other points of view

Im mainly looking to invest someplace. I currently have several bil saved and i want court ranks. Some players spend billions on a ETC or a FBTC, or 200m - 900m on one of several special sails that add wave resist or turn speed. (which i think is foolish but these are separate arguements and i dont wanna derail the topic)

The point is there isnt really alot of things to spend money on at end game, and its very easy to accululate a few hundred mil.

Ive chosen to spend my money Investing and gaining progress towards court ranks, and in the process add new trade goods to the game. Socotra is an area that is obtained much sooner than East asia, and if dragons blood is worth anything at all it might at least be a secondary option to pepper for low level players, and give another reason to rank up medicine trade. Maybe this seems foolish to you, but i really didnt ask your opinion, and neither did the other players that want to invest here.

If i knew what you spend your hundreds of millions on it would seem just as foolish to me no doubt but you wont see me jumping into other threads tossing insults around.

At the very least leave your IGN if you feel so strongy that we are wasting money, and give us what your opinion is on how we should better spend it. Once we know your IGN we can debate the issue

Well when I go nanban I normally don't manage to fill up cargo space with nanban goods. I can always buy from bazaars and sell at no real profit, but I also like to stop at other places on the way back and fill up with 50s of other goods, either SEA spices if things around Ambon don't look too bad, indian things otherwise, or even return by way of the pacific and buy tumbaga and awayo on the way. If this dragon's blood costs little in Socotra and sells in Europe for those 45K that I think I read somewhere, I'd definitely be glad to see it in and will make use of Socotra. Not many traders are left on the seas, but if those of us left have another profitable option that can only be good.

heard from my co.mate dat the price for this will be around 5-6k in EU...though i can't confirm it yet..

this will be a gud nanban alternative thingy(if backstock allow it) if yer taking suez then stock up rather than sailing from EU...well there is another route too...

Additional trade goods for sale:

Pomegranate - 500,000 ducats investment required
Dragon's Blood - 720,000 ducats investment required

A certain amount of development is also called for, though I'm unsure of the exact requirements. Since Socotra on Maris server currently meets those requirements, I suppose it isn't all that important.
