The trail of king Gilgamesh (Arc10,Arab) - No Card

I'm not sure if this new quests are a ChainQuest or needs PreQuests to pop out. If someone was able to find this new quests. Pls post it here. I'm currently looking for the one in Naples (Sea13,Arc15,Unlck13) called "Epic of Creation" but can't seem to pop it. thanks...

Thanks. I'm currently doing the number 1 and 2 prequests now and once im done i can go straight to Aden for the 3rd prequest.

Got confused on the 4th prequest. You mentioned it has 2 prequest but i only see one:

There are prequests for some of them to appear as what ReaD stated above. You have to go back and forth from EU to Basra for like 4-5 times to complete all of this. No items just discover card for the reward on all it. :)

Does anyone know the correct quest steps for "Mesopotamia's Magic God" out of Aden? I'm trying to complete the quest chain above and I can't figure out what to do for the last steps of this quest.
