disguise 20? whay are you saying? to start with, no disguise is needed to enter tunis, so whats 'disguise 20' ?

Cities that are islamic require disguise if and only if they are under Ottoman control - either Ottoman territory or allied to Ottomans. Tunis has been allied to France for a long time now, therefore no disguise needed to enter it currently. When/if it flips to Ottomans, it will need some disguise which might even be just 20. At least that's the explanation I've decided to believe. There are many others flying around (e.g. someone said no disguise after a certain court rank), but that's the only one I have found consistent and haven't been able to disprove. The other day I entered Socotra with 0 disguise (it's under english control now - I clearly remember I was denied entry when it was under Ottoman control and I had 45 disguise).

Islamic city here means one of the cities that are shown on the port permit map with that special symbol. The music and city design don't matter. For example, Sofala has a pretty islamic feel but does not count for an islamic city for disguise purposes as far as I know.

So at the moment Tunis is allied to ottomans. I just did an experiment. Disguise 0, I can't enter. Disguise 15, I can. I have arabic language from aide too, so I guess without arabic I'd need 20. Sounds like Li Yue was right.

Tunis is allied with the french I just entered it without a disguise!
