"Cat Anchor"
A possible reward from JP-server's Nyan-1 Grand Prix event -- like the Tavern Maid Grand Prix server events, you pick your favorite pet cat and perform tasks to raise their popularity. The top three cats with the highest score at the end of the event are crowned the winners. To access anchors, a certain amount of votes must be given.
Whether or not the event/deco item shown here will ever appear on Maris server, I cannot say. But now you know. Cheers.
