      It does not. These ornaments are obtained with voyager points in Japan server. You get so many points every pay period and can save them for hull ornaments, they are like 200 points each. The only way GAMA server will see it is in TB. Some ornaments have already been out like ironsides. Sha-chuan ornament has not come out yet and is not in TB right now.

      I do not believe this ornament can currently be bought, for there is no sign it has been released on GAMA. As well... It does not seem that "WTB/WTS" messages are being tolerated on this database any longer, if previously deleted comments are any indication.

      WTB/WTS should be tolerated in this site, I bought 2 important(rare) items like this.
      Most of ppl (I too) use 99% more times this site than OGP Forum... so.. this option WTB/WTS is very helpful.
      PS> Veteran players use most times this site than UWO wiki :)
