Non-discovery ornaments like this one always follow the same pattern: absurdly high prices when they first become available, which then drop as the market becomes saturated to much more reasonable prices. I'd be willing to pay 5-10mil for this, but feel free to try for a higher price for starters.

Re-released in Treasure Cove (and soon captain ticket as well) for Maris server in October '19.

When equipped in R5 quarters gallery, gives the following boosts:

Lower the risk of disasters +5
Reduce incidence of attacks +5
