The question will be whether Koei will allow the special phantom panels to be dropped by cetus and for those panels to be craftable. I truly hope koei leaves them since if they become UWC, no one will farm Cetus for these cool panels. Currently there are only a pool of 20-30 players that will run it. With 3 hour cooldowns and only a chance to meet and defeat cetus, it is time consuming.
