I seem to recall this and the Nocturnal Wooden Paneling being a possible drop from the chest you receive for completing the land battle Chrono Quest event, albeit a very low probability drop for either one.

It will never be possible to craft this panel; it is a cove-only drop.

It can be used to craft Special Golden Metal Paneling if the conditions are met, however. A future update (which Maris may or may not receive) later changes the recipe to use iron paneling instead of noc metal.

Actually, this item can be obtained or crafted "in Japanese Server". Thats why this part does not work like UWC materials and does not give a profit in improvement.

High Quality Metal Paneling Manufacturing Manual is recipe.

Materials are Improved Steel Sheet, Master's Smithy Tools, and Rolled Iron Plating

Only Japanese and Taiwanese Server can craft by recipe.
