I just got the Cedar Paneling recipie to show up in the weekly random chamber of commerce recipies. And i can 100% confirm its there, cedar paneling, NOT cedar plating.

I have been wondering, is there a minumum total contribution point value you need before these have a chance to show up? Otherwise players would just make a ton of alts, gain a few points, and then wait to get lucky, so it makes sense that you might need a certain total contribution. And just for anyone wondering i have around 2500 total contribution when this showed up.
