To obtain a Large Storm Sail from San Francisco's gold nugget exchange, you must acquire a rare Large Gold Nugget worth 35k points or more, I believe. Their value is randomly assigned, however.

They come from ganador, shipwrecks, gold mining @ sanfransisco, and a few other places in game at various times. On GAMA they used to be in the astro shop as well, albeit at ridiculous prices.

Best bet to obtain one (assuming Maris doesn't have the LSS nerf that GAMA later got) is through ganador, once players are developed enough to fight the harder bosses that drop them.

Wouldn't it be better to ask in advance if there is a nerf on Maris or not? It makes no sense to have people wasting their time trying to get something to drop if it's not actually there.

I can try to find out for you.

I would assume there is not such a nerf, though. The nerf imposed was an OGP thing, not a Koei thing, and it was one we were working on repealing at the time when GAMA went down.

It was me confronted gm Sheebs about this, that is still a gm under Papaya, who blamed Coolwind of secretly removing it(even though Coolwind left OGPlanet many months before that happened, or so we were told).

After that, I spent a few days working on a document refering which removed ganadores rewards should be brought back and why, and which ganadores were too farmable to have lss, so they could at least put back on the lss to the hard ones. The gms claimed that the "auras" were rejected by Koei because they were supposed to be cash shop only, even though they are easily farmable by company quests.

Interestingly, while the finished product is non-tradable on the Japanese server, this is not the case for us on Maris. Have fun selling these!
