this mean ambom/ternate must max out dev & culture , also your nation % must over 65%

I was wondering if, back when Ambon hit Central Capital status for a while, anybody got this map to show up? And if so, whether or not the dress was purple, or another color entirely?

it's a dye version; can choose from purple, bleu'ciel and peachy-beige.

You can find this treasure by the Large Tree at the southernmost part of the map. But, the database is wrong on the reward; you get the black Caterina Dress instead of a purple one, and color-changing doesn't seem to be possible with the black treasure map version. Drat.

Yes, only the version from Florence is colour costumable (beige, pink and sky blue. If you want then I can sew you one sometime.

Looks like the purple version will become available in a future update, likely Age of Revolution (which will debut after Atlantis wraps):
