        Calm down Meng Meng. You can get this map from all 6 south american territory archives but only if they meet the development requirements listed above. Caracas is not "wrong", it just may not be developed enough right now.

        location of the discovery is a bit weird...from giant dead tree...head south then east...it will be around big area after heading a bit east..

        Please also have in mind, that this map has a prequest: Paradise of flora and fauna
        It shows on that quest's screen, but not on this one, as of now (beep beep suggestion Admin hello).
