I tried this out for unlock grinding since the travel time between Marseille and Bordeaux is short and it's 1 rank higher than the famous Venice -> Naples 
Religious Painting Map. Ultimately, it's not worth spamming as the rate at which maps are pulled is much less frequent (a little less than 1 per headache med) than the religious painting. It also floods your inventory with knight's crests.
