The Explorers notes in west Athens needed for the memorial album Novice Treasure Exploration (No.2) is not obtained from Genoa archives. It is plundered from Wiscock pirates who ambush in the Adriatic. I found the fleet near Cattaro.

You need a low level alt to be ambushed by the correct fleet. The Japanese wiki says total level 5-10 is requred; my alt was 6/0/0. You can be in the same fleet, but you need your main to be out of range while the alt sails around. After alt is ambushed you quickly sail into the battle ring. Another possibility is to use separate fleets and Reinforcement Orders.

The fleet with the map gives 240 ducats per plunder and also drops Effective plague cure, Rum, and Glasswork.
