Plundered from Norman pirates, which ambush in Southern Britain Island. I found the fleet SW a bit from Manchester.
You need a very low level alt to get ambushed by them - mine was 3/0/0. You can be in the same fleet, but you need your main to be out of range while the alt sails around. After alt is ambushed you quickly sail into the battle ring. Another possibility is to use separate fleets and Reinforcement Orders.
