On the Japanese sever(s) this could be obtained though the "2nd Age Treasure BOX" in celebration of the arrival of 2nd age for it's special customers. OGPlanet doesn't seem keen on releasing premium items such as this for us on GAMA (or possibly KOEI isn't allowing them too), so I dont think we'll see this or any of those exclusive recipe books...
