The rest of the game is free. But NM is very greedy because they want to make a business out of the game? Seriously, someone needs to pull you out of your sheltered life. the game is 80% free and you still complain as if they rob you. STFU

Apparently it's a book sold in Japan with the release of Tierra Americana expansion. Since in the West it's a completely free to play (fueled by microtransactions) and there's no subscription model, this item is unavailable.

Due to KOEI being... KOEI, any recipe books with the note 'unavailable' will likely go unreleased on Maris server indefinitely. It is nevertheless possible to send a support ticket to PapayaPlay and request that they receive permission from KOEI to have individual equipment items be released via cove/UWC shop -- that is currently the best one can hope for.
