Is this recipe only there on the private farm (like the production recipe a sailmaker has) or is it a recipe book you can carry with you and can be plundered or lost when shipwrecked? If that last option, can you reobtain it by visiting your private farm?

not very sure that black ore is coloured ore but if it's then St Lucia has it

according to Memorial Album black ore is colored ore :) So i think that recipe should be avaiable in St Lucia also if you got a mine producing black ore there
