you guys are too new to the game to understand....when genoa was still low developed town, lubeck was a lot easir to get it, as a 2 mil invest would give it to you already...of course now with genoa developed its a lot easier to just go there and buy at item shop

Canabi, usually if you can't get an investment book that you know should be there, it means you have one stashed somewhere on your account. Check binder, vault, quarters storage, and any NC storage you may have. You have to pass investment books to someone to hold if you want more copies of it.
