its a crappy book reward for such a huge quest chain , you chose to follow the chain , you would like to think that all that hard work is worth something . relatively speaking very few people wear the clothes and a books worth/value is representative of how much profit can be made from it.
YOU ARE NOT GOING TO MAKE ENOUGH PROFIT FROM THIS BOOK TO COVER THE 50m price tag .
your a fool if you think the book is worth more than 50m to anybody...

This book is useless for gaming purposes. Moreover, the quest chain is a hard one.

However, the costumes it makes look nice. So some show-off are ready to buy those for a lot. So the show-off providers will make some money from the book (or the show-off themselves will buy it).

As a whole, this book *might* have value, depending on how many show-offs there are vs. how many people who have the skill for the chain.
