Alternatively, Diogo Ortiz (Portuguese NPC sailing in a fleet of x3 Galleons from Porto to Lisbon) gives this job card if you use a Letter of Appreciation from Seafarers x1, meaning you can skip the entire quest chain required for it.

Letter items are awarded for rescuing NPCs at sea and the job card / endorsement effect lasts 60 minutes once activated. There are other possible job card acquisitions as well, depending on the NPCs you talk to... or you could go after other rewards as well.

But keep in mind any adventurer will still want to find the discoveries in the Troy quest chain all the same, one day. Cheers, whatever your chosen path may be.

Always happy to pass on something helpful to others. I suspect the list is only partial; it could be every card can now be acquired, if you only know which NPC fleet to talk to. Time and testing will tell.
