                  Is that we invest on the city fo 60.000 D , meaning we recive 6.000 Development point ??

                  CITY DEVELOPMENT- it takes a rediculous amount of cash (im talking few hundred billion or more) and possibly items to develope a city but 18,000 development aint so bad i think most should have it at this stage

                  development of 18k has alrdy passed for calicut its at 60+ or 65 alrdy if m not wrong .. u juz need to invest 60k ducats and u can see it

                  I see it says you can collect this on the outskirts of Thanjavur. Does it drop well or nah?

                  You can reach Thanjavur through South Pondicherry. Your need to do Temple dedicated to Shiva quest to open the area up, or get a fleet member whose already done it to led you in. Your also need R14 collect to get these (and R12 to collect Jasmine that drops there too). The best spot seems to be the boulder in the center-east area of the map. The drop rates are not particularly good however. Your definitely want to equip the oxford field activity skills if you want to a decent rate of getting these.
