                  Upper Giza dungeon gives some. Can also collect white ore from newfoundland and cast it into saltpetre.

                  You can collect these at the Egypt North Coast landing area... The Ivyro page on collection says Agate but it was changed to Saltpetre for us on GAMA. Oh, and your need R8 collect to be able to get them...
