how often do trade goods market rate change? is it a few min or a few hours or what??

Its based on how much is being bought and sold from the market by the players. So prices are more stable during off-peak hours.

E.G. Its Possible for 1 player to sell so much of an item (and make so much profit)that by themselves they break the market in that trade good in that port for a few hours.
