is it better to sell 50 nutmeg and 50 mace at same time or indiviually?

It depends on the levels you have at the moment, yes its good to sell combos of 50 mace and 50 nutmeg, but if you are looking for experience you better try to use the olous.com trade calculator, or if you want fame (not verified by me) sell 1 by 1 unit of spice.

    Hope it helped

You can collect Pepper on West Indian Coast and Southwest Calcutta but that's the only spice (well the only worthwhile getting spice) that can be collected.

You usually want to sell them at your home nations allied and territory ports, otherwise your be charged a small tax for selling in other nations' ports. In the case of spices however, I found they sell the best in the Iberia culture sphere ports, followed by anywhere else in Northern Europe from Bordeaux to the Baltic Sea. Avoid selling them in the Mediterranean Sea, as they have a lower profit margin for some reason.
