          you use collection while sailing anywhere in the world to get this. Or you can drill a hole in you ship and when it stops leaking you get it

          lisa i think he was joking when he said to drill a hole :p

          but in anycase if you want to reliably get brine, you really should get collection skill, its one of those universal skills that will see you though all the way till you are 75/75/75

          Also, if you are collecting brine to make salt...don't. its much easier to buy salt from the market with seasoning trading skill, unless you have no intention of becoming a cook.
