there is no great spot for these, rare catch. Safest spot you will find however is just outside of the upstream landing zone.

Lisa: fishing r10+3 should be enough for caching thoose whales for your dish!
but if fishing is already at max r10 you wont get any more proficiency. so if you go there change job (fisher), and bring me some with you back, its contrib today!

for me, just past the landing point, at 13468,4827 seems to be a better spot to catch the fish. Have caught over 200 (with both oxfords) in about an hour. Have not checked out the southern stream.

If you can enter the Paraguay River Upstream landing zone, that may be the best spot of all; you can fish for them due east of the entry/exit point. I caught only these and piranha, with an occasional dorado, almost non-stop. Being inland, there's no disasters like rats or fires to worry about, too.
