nope.. you have to cook it..
if you are trying to do IQ.. there are other suick/easy quests you can do..
like deliver horses x50 to the site.. (horses can be obtain with r7 procusement skill.. or many ppl have them form their farms nowaday)
or there is another quest.. investigate the new world... talk to ppl in san juan, then go to the site and get the final piece of info from the a landmark
