You can get this by digging the yellow pillar spot in "Great Pyramid of Giza" legacy site (not the regular Giza inland), and also "Halicarnassus" legacy site. This will be required on Sophia Awakening recipes related to those.

It looks like it's the most common item so far (well beside Rocks but it's not item). Was able to get up to 5 in one visit.
