Quick EDIT. Obtained from investigating objects in Sea of Wonders. So far i get :

3x Fine Tribute Goods (Large Ships)

This is very greatly helpful for those who want Master's Tailoring Tools or Master's Repair Tools since it's surprisingly easy to farm from these compared from map or shipwreck.

Keep in mind that you can't exchange the papers to Ibn unless you do the requirements to unlock Sea of Wonders.
