Used to enhance the attack value of Landsknecht Clothing outfit (up to 100 attack on JP servers, limit for Maris currently unknown).

forge using transmutation is possible up to 25 times (regardless of base performance)

forge using recipe is possible until the figure reaches 100 (regardless of times)

for example:
1) forging Sea Dragon's Circlet by Improve Attack Power (improve atk by transmutation), you can improve this one atk 10 to 35

also if Fool's Hands's def reached 37 (12+25) you can not use Armoursmith's Forging Tools to forge this one

2) forging Fool's Hands by John Dee's Alchemy (improve def by recipe), you can improve this one def 12 to 100 regardless of attempts. in this case, you can use this recipe even if current def is 37 or higher.
