In honor of Atlantis' brief return... this is a Relic reward for completing the R17 rank TH, Between Myth and Reality. You cannot accept this TH without first discovering Acropolis of Atlantis however; once you've done that, the TH becomes available at any tavern in the world. Except Atlantis, since they don't have one. (shrug)

The TH requires R11 Search, R13 Theology, and R9 Archaeology to complete it, though like with all TH relics, only the third listed skill is mandatory to accept the relic quest; you can leech everything else from fleetmates.

The only practical use for this item is to have an alchemist turn it into this: Trojan War Soldier's Armour More details on the listed page. Cheers.
