    Neither Oxford nor Boston research points are affected by this item -- instead, it raises your Ancient Technology Research points gained when Atlantis is accessible and ATR Imperial Quests can be run. It could possibly be combined with Metis' Blessing item effect but I have not tested this and am therefore unsure.

    Fun fact: on Japanese servers, it appeared briefly in the Atlantis item shop for 3 million ducats per Book as part of a special event.

    As to Maris, we can probably expect it to appear as UWC-only. I won't mind being proven wrong of course. Cheers.

    You can get these from Fortune (Normal Luck) which has been released on Maris before.
