Whoops, I knew that. Guess I copied the wrong link? Correcting my error now... This item can be produced via Transmutation Alchemy. Requires:

Base Item: Seal of Sylph
Ingredients: Rare Books x20 + Crystal x20
Rank 3 Alchemy + Handicrafts skills
Completion of the "Egypt & Atlantis" story quest from the Atlantis chain to unlock Transmutation Alchemy + Transmutation Alchemy furniture -- either Transmutation Alchemy Equipment or Complex Alchemy Equipment

Effect: on using this item, it allows you to return you to your Quarters from port city in the world.

What you can do: Friends can visit. You can move furniture, pets and mannequins, changing the latter's equipment if you wish. You can withdraw/deposit consumables/documents/ship parts/equipment. You can swap aides, change stewards, add/remove ornaments, and even do alchemy recipes.
What you can't do: deposit/withdraw trade goods from regular quarters/aide production storage, open a bazaar, exchange with other characters who may visit, or buy from their bazaars.

When you finally leave your quarters (or log out/get disconnected), you automatically return to wherever you used the item. This item can also randomly be obtained from Purchase Request Ticket (No.3) as well.
