    He said he got it from the Coliseum, not sure by what means.

    Drop from the chest in Rome dungeon in upper floors hidden passage. Not tradeable.

    Cool, used mine and it will last untill march 9, yeah 14 days total. Effect is:
    "Skill efect at sea will be extended for a set of time."
