As its stated on its page it can be made on farm or alchemy experiment, plus some dungeons use to drop this, i think the ones on the nile

a little condescending when you say as if they didn't read the part about this being made in a farm or through alchemy experiment when he was asking where to COLLECT this, not make it.

well ignoring the totally unnecesary comment that doesnt even tries to answer above these cannot be collected you either make them or farm them from a dungeon i dont know which dungeon drops them tho

This recipe appears only at the private farms of Diego Garcia, and Savaii. Unlike what is listed, you need 50 Red Ore, not 30. The requirements for the recipe's appearance are:

Mine technology: 600
Facilities: Six (including at least one Red Ore producing mine plot)
