So as I was passing by Cayenne and had a handful of these in my inventory, I tried to "donate item" to the shopkeeper, and behold! he liked them, gave me a couple PAs too when I donated them together with some other stuff. The moral of the story: if you have some seemingly useless items on you and happen to be passing by your colonial capital or Lima/Ambon/Ternate, it might be worth trying to donate them before deciding to dump. It helps the players who are getting out of their way all the time to keep these places in central capital status, even if by a little bit. Every bit helps if many people do it.

In addition to defeating the guards in front of the Luxor dungeon, these can also be obtained by defeating the guards at the entrance to the Abu Simbel temple in South Aswan.
