30-40m. This is the Christmas themed sail paint, red background with white and green decorations like Christmas stockings. Considering that this is a rank 10 Alchemy recipe and the Very low probability of success in making it, 30-40m seems reasonable.

I got one of these out of the Christmas Tickets from the current Christmas event. I did not get it when my alt used his so it's not a definite drop, you just have to be lucky.

This is now obtainable from the 2016 Halloween event after obtaining 10 victory points from beating Jack. Seems odd they would choose a Christmas themed sail paint for a Halloween event. Oh well...

I agree. Are there any Halloween themed sail paints, though? Guess it's just easier for KOEI to work with what they have.

Not really, although I suppose you could change the color of any of the sail paints to orange to keep with the Halloween theme.

Also according to the Japanese wiki, this sail paint comes up again as a reward for the 30th and 50th victory reward although it doesn't make much sense to get the same exact sail paint. We'll have to wait and see if anything changes.

Turns out this paint item can be collected by pets with Area Search (Land) skill at Island of New Guinea South Coast -- don't expect to farm 200 of them in five minutes of course, I expect it's a rare item even with max Pet Intimacy of 200.

Pets with Additional Discovery and Land Plunder skills also have a chance, but you have to make quest discoveries/beat up land battle enemies respectively to trigger those skills; collecting/procuring with Land Search is arguably a lot easier and more reliable as the item finding trigger can activate with each round of collection/procurement. Beats having to mess around with alchemy to acquire it, no? Cheers.

Thank you for the tip, but isn't it actual Special Dye 8 item which changes hair color that is found in that landing zone?
