This sail paint sports a flowery/polka dot design. To get this, their plundered from a Moroccan pirate fleet that ambushes you around Canary, Open sea, and [from what I read] Grain Coast, Open Sea. However they will only appear to low level players whose levels total no more then 15-20 (Carnarian Pirate fleets will appear after that). I have a mini guide written by CadillacShrimpin to explain how to get it if you want to try it for yourself:

"You could take an alt out to the spawn location (a low level one), and try to get it to spawn that way. When it does spawn, use reinforcement papers to bring your main in to plunder it. Gotta be careful not to let the ship sink your alt, as alt will be captain in this situation, and also have to be careful not to sink the enemy ship too quick. A couple things that might help would be Amaretsu Mirror (keep him from getting sunk via cannons), Thor's thunder (destroy enemy's cannons), Plunder EX/Oxfords and keeping a close eye on repair/surgery."
