its a farm recipe u need mines as technology lvl grows the caster at your farm gets the recipe as long as you have the ingredients on your
ship you can make them
1200 to deliver are you sure - thats a huge amount...

they can be made on farm in bulk, i would never buy them, but they are often in comp shop 20k++ as they are often contribution items.

+3 to +5 for 30-45 seconds from what i remember. Same effect as Mysterious Spices which is for cooking.

50k to 500k. really, no BS. right now it's quite expensive because it's a company contribution so you'll be luck to find it at 200k but when it's not a comp contrib you can find it in co shops for 50k

After some digging, I came across an Asian site with a list of miser chain drops. It's here, and can be run easily through a translation engine of your choice:

Other than a treasure map from Alexandria, it looks like these can be plundered off certain fleets. I haven't tried it myself, but I hope that info might be of help.

Depends. I've seen them go from 50k each, to 500k. Some sellers are in more of a hurry than others, and some buyers are stingier than others. If you're in no hurry to offload your inventory, try a high price, and lower it as you need to until it sells.
