Overrated shit item, it doesn't help getting a rare item, I tried this several times along with pluder r10 and everytime I obtanided crap supplies and some money.

It pisses me off when I see noobs selling/buying this piece of sh:t for 500K.

Btw low/mid lvl npcs between Marseilles and Istambul drop this crap, but it's rare, some caribbean pirates drop it too.

Pillage order's are also gotten from Ghost ships...and i can confirm this as i got 1 when i melee'd 1 when it was in disorder :) i dont know how rare they drop as i try to avoid melee with them xD

These can also be got from the mataram privateers in java sea. Sank 7 of them, got 3, ok the sample is small but doesn't feel like a rare drop at all.
