    People are probably only selling (and buying) these at 500k when it's a company contribution item. The highest price I've seen outside of that was 100k, and even that seemed high.

    It's all about company contribution right now, 50k is "normal" pricing. Nothing wrong with making companies pay 500k each for it if they don't want to spend the time making it themselves.
