get items without the recipe :

drop from boss in the Middle of Luxor dungeon (3~6 per one) but will be hard to farming it (my maritime lvl is 54 , sp 14 and sw 10 , attack 85 , def 135 and still beated when facing boss sometime- not only it , you may get alot another items from boss , decrease chance to get the tools)

im sure i got this recipe at ascension, i believe all farms have it u just need high enough tech, the ingredients you produce on farm never influence the recipes. this stands to reason-as you cant produce anything without moving ingredients from warehouse to ship 1st

I can't speak for MSTs, but most recipes require the potential for a resource to be produced: for example, you cannot make Exquisite Fur without a pasture that makes Rabbits, or cannot make Improved Salvage Ropes without a farm that can produce Hemp. They don't need to be actively producing those products, you just need a plot that can produce them.

So while you don't need to be producing blue ore, you need the plot that does (red white blue in savaii, 5-colours in diego garcia)

- restores 5 durability per MST
- can make in any private farm if you bring the blue ores, boulders and spring water, but the private farm needs 800++ technology level in mines
- to make, just talk to the artisan of the private farm, you won't be needing any casting skills (town recipe)
- use it like you use a vigor food, but this time a window will open where you can choose what weapon to fix, then click the OK button

Nobody said your farm needs to make boulders since, obviously, it can't. But there ARE recipes that require specific plots. MST require a blue ore plot.

Don't believe it's as simple as stated. Someone in-game had the recipe at 800 dev in diego, I have 825 dev in savaii and I have blue ore mine, and I have the ingredients with me, and no frickin recipe.

For production of MSTs you need the following:

1. Farm needs to be Diego Garcia or Savaii
2. Farm needs to be producing Blue Ore
3. You need to have a minimum of TEN plots and
4. Mine tech level needs to be at least 800

There's a lot of truth and a lot of bullshit here. I had this recipee and used it at diego garcia long before I ever had a blue ore plot. Like some of you state, ALL you need is 800+ mine dev, all the mine slots built and a minimum of 10 facilities in the farm.Thank you very much, you're welcome...

I have some questions about 800 dev in private farm. how can I make it? I build almost 3 mines in savaii and haven't yet build other types building (4 days to finish 3rd mines and savaii can build only 3 mines) but I get only 428 in mine technology.Can mine tech increase by build other types of buildings?

Mine tech increases with maintenance or (I think faster) by rebuilding.
So empty the land and start development again on the mining.

If you are to focus on MST, you may want to switch to the Diego Garcia. DG has 5 mines and each produces 18 blue ores at the maximum while Savaii has only 3 mines with only 6 blue ores each.

At Luxor they give you the tools when you finish the dungeon.

Not exactly sure which rank your company needs to qualify but every month, 10 MSTs are given to me from the nanban trade merchant in Macau. Runs the same dates as monthly company contributions so I can be safe to say that on the 15th of each month, you can go get your free 10 MSTs

Can be plundered from the Bandit fleet in the following seas:

Ionian Sea
East Mediterranian Sea
Black Sea

It's a small fleet that consists of 2x Galliot & 1x Galley with white sails.
The crew on the Galliots is 20-34 and on the Galley 49-65.
Attack power seems be around 50 and defense around 30.

It's not a rare fleet but the MST drop is.
They appear to give only 1 MST at a time.

They often use Assault so keeping them alive with Guard is a challenge, however the fleet spawns often around places like Benghazi & Salonika.

Important thing to know about this tool:

It can only be used to weapons that HAS a weapon category given "Sword, Ax, Club/Cane, Spear, Throwing Weapon, Gun, Bow, Handgun, Crossbow". In other words, weapons without any of these categories like Divider, Telescopes etc. can't be repaired with this item, only through World Tarot effect.
