no chance of breaking a weapon with these, they just add dura up to the maximum amount. Pay attention while doing it and you can see if it will be effective or not.

I have some questions about 800 dev in private farm. how can I make it? I build almost 3 mines in savaii and haven't yet build other types building (4 days to finish 3rd mines and savaii can build only 3 mines) but I get only 428 in mine technology.Can mine tech increase by build other types of buildings?

Mine tech increases with maintenance or (I think faster) by rebuilding.
So empty the land and start development again on the mining.

My company mate (low level guy, in his 20s in all three classes) told me he randomly plundered those from an NPC fleet around Candia (he was asking if they are good, what they do etc). Doesn't remember name of fleet. Anybody knows anything about plundering these in sea battle?

I have the farm near Austrailia, have tech of 464 and cannot product MSTs yet. At what level can I produce them cause I know where to find boulders and have tons of spring water and blue ore.

If you are to focus on MST, you may want to switch to the Diego Garcia. DG has 5 mines and each produces 18 blue ores at the maximum while Savaii has only 3 mines with only 6 blue ores each.

If you have an EA port affiliated with your company, you can get these every month. That's what happened with my company at least when they were affiliated with Pohang.

Was able to plunder a few of these from bandit fleets in the Black Sea. Rare drop though

No need to change your farm to other, there are 4 dungeons that drop the tools.

Luxor Lower
Palenque Middle
Fort San Domingo Middle
Leshan Giant Buddha Middle

At Luxor they give you the tools when you finish the dungeon.
It give me 3.

Not exactly sure which rank your company needs to qualify but every month, 10 MSTs are given to me from the nanban trade merchant in Macau. Runs the same dates as monthly company contributions so I can be safe to say that on the 15th of each month, you can go get your free 10 MSTs

Cash : Only those players whose company has a liner to EA will get that perk. Yours must have a liner to Macau. It is a reward for doing enough nanban trade each month.

Can be plundered from the Bandit fleet in the following seas:

Ionian Sea
East Mediterranian Sea
Black Sea

It's a small fleet that consists of 2x Galliot & 1x Galley with white sails.
The crew on the Galliots is 20-34 and on the Galley 49-65.
Attack power seems be around 50 and defense around 30.

It's not a rare fleet but the MST drop is.
They appear to give only 1 MST at a time.

They often use Assault so keeping them alive with Guard is a challenge, however the fleet spawns often around places like Benghazi & Salonika.

Important thing to know about this tool:

It can only be used to weapons that HAS a weapon category given "Sword, Ax, Club/Cane, Spear, Throwing Weapon, Gun, Bow, Handgun, Crossbow". In other words, weapons without any of these categories like Divider, Telescopes etc. can't be repaired with this item, only through World Tarot effect.
