To the best of my knowledge, it hasn't been released yet. It'll probably be a future Astro shop item / random bottle drop, or possibly a contest event reward.

In Japan, at least, this crest seems to have been released during the pre-Gran Atlas event, along with four wind-themed swords, and what seems to be an ornament of Alias' magical time-travelling book. Interesting. Even if we do get that event (hope we do, I really want those swords), this crest may still only be available from future bottles/contests. Time will tell.

As I stated once before, Death crest was supposed to come from the once in a server lifetime pre-launch event for Gran Atlas, which would've included a bunch of other cool toys, and was intended to hype the upcoming release of the Arctic passage.

GAMA instead skipped over it entirely, and got an all nation ESF. This was not the first time we missed out on a major pre-launch event, either. In suggesting ideas for the future to OGP (who then of course need to run them by KOEI), please politely stress that we don't want to keep skipping over pre-launch events, as was the case with Gran Atlas, and even 2nd Age (Poem Fragments). We lose nothing by asking, right?

Crests like Death, and those from distant rare events (Nazca) being returned to Sailor bottles, or at least the Astro shop, might also be a good suggestion to make.

This crest can be obtained (rarely) from the fleet of 5 Tri-deck Galleons in the Ligurian Sea just outside Marseille and Montpellier, dubbed the Suhl Col Guards but only through August 7th.

Other cool prizes obtainable as well. The fleet I mentioned above might -- and I stress the word 'might -- also drop Green Treasure Chest and Red Treasure Chest items as well. This is unconfirmed for the time being.

The event is called "Going Out With A Bang Sea Battle Event" on Maris (terrible name...) but you can look at its original JP server data below at...
