Fleets with rare items to plunder also have a common item. This fleet gives special sail paint 5 most of the time, and the Lion crest rarely.

Finally foudn one. Can be colored Red, Black, Blue, green, Gold incase anyone was curious. I'm rather disappointed. I was hoping it could be white. :(
