It will lose dura during sea battles like any other item equipped to the boat. It will not lose any dura just sailing around.

what about fafnir? it has the same stats except for the capture sailors and it lacks fire fighting but it has 100 dura would you think its comparable or garuda is still way better?

if it was only 2 points less on capture i would consider it, for pvp you want all the help you can get, Garuda is great, Bahamut is better. I'd use Fafnir only if I couldn't find a Garuda.

well yeah bahamut is definitely better too bad is nc only they have a metric ton of craftable figureheads that are worthless i guess i will get the r15 in HC to make garudas
