outside of Jakarta in The Java Sea, if u sink some of the local fleets eventualy a Conqueror fleet will spawn, x3 Vaisseau just melee them and u might get it if ur lucky. (took me 8 hours to get both of them lol)

i got 1 of these with only rank 6 plunder. my fleet member used ambush skill. maybe ambush skill is more usefull than seize cargo.

hate to correct you Portis, but ambush with cargo seizure does indeed help with drop rate.

Listen people, this is 100% verified by me:

Ambush (success) makes a x3 times more effective of getting the HASC than trying to obtain it without ambush aide skill.

Adding to that, having a 100 traits Cargo Seizure in your aide improves the chance of getting this item than doing by only Plunder skill.

To end this, having a R17 or R1 DOES NOT affect the drop rate of this item, so it doesnt matter the rank of plunder, unless you use Pillage Order or the Rare Item Plunder skill from college (or whatever the skill is named).

Guess what, I was lucky that day when doing a fleet of 3 conqueors. Did ship A last with a starting pillage order. My 1st Hasc drop, then 2nd guard attack, dropped my 2nd Hasc. What a lucky day ! Btw, with my rare item plunder and plunder aid 2 skills and talwar on :)
