k does it still reduce 11 speed even if I add it as a bullet proof armoring skill with original an permit?

Adding an original skill only adds the skill, no change on performance at all, pay attention to the difference between original and optional ship skills......in resume original skill is put on ship in exchange of original ship building permit wich you get from patriot awards at your nation palace secretary NPC and it only adds a skill, for a list of possible skills for your ship check your capital's shipyard master NPC and choose the optional build original ship.....as for optional skills they vary with each ship and they are a result of improving a ship using the NC permit by using a right combination of parts by improving using the NC permit you add mainly the ship stats and the skill is a bonus by doing so using a secret combination for that ship, to see the combinations for each ship check ivyro.....So again answering your question adding an ORIGINAL SKILL you get only the skill, no change on performance.

Whats the selling Price for Iron Plating, Light, Heavy, Rolled, and Trained?

Also the Copper versions if you will.

I made a ton of each and have no ideal what to sell them at and I only found one other person selling one Light Iron for 2m..

not a standard price. iron platings can be bought at shipyard in every capital for 130k. only rolled platings are worth trying to sell in bazaar. i was selling them for 1mil each, but have seen others selling at 3-5mil each. so selling price depends on you.
